The Services and all materials made available through them—including product designs, concepts, structures, mechanisms, configurations, features, specifications, images, videos, descriptions, pricing, and marketing materials (collectively, the “PaprDoll Materials”)—are proprietary and confidential.

Any competitive, commercial, or product-development use is strictly prohibited.

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, for yourself or on behalf of any third party (including any manufacturer, supplier, designer, consultant, reseller, or competitor):

1. use the Services or PaprDoll Materials to develop, manufacture, improve, market, license, sell, or distribute any competing or substantially similar product;

2. copy, scrape, harvest, download, analyze, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the composition, structure, functionality, or underlying ideas of any PaprDoll product;

3. use the Services for competitive intelligence, benchmarking, or design-around efforts;

4. commercially exploit any portion of the Services without express written authorization.

Any violation constitutes a material breach and may result in termination, injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys’ fees.

SECTION 6B – PATENT NOTICE; NO DESIGN-AROUND RIGHTS

Certain PaprDoll products and methods are protected by U.S. and international patents and pending patent applications. Nothing on the Services grants any license or right to practice, design around, replicate, or exploit any patented or patent-pending invention.

SECTION 6C – MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

PaprDoll actively monitors use of the Services and vigorously enforces its intellectual property and contractual rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Third-party tools are provided “as is” and without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party tools or services.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

PaprDoll is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with PaprDoll. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and PaprDoll.

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback you submit may be used by PaprDoll without restriction or compensation. You represent that you have the rights to submit such feedback.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PaprDoll.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without consent. We may assign freely.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PaprDoll is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
