Return Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because PaprDoll Wraps are precision-fit specialty accessories, returns are accepted only under the conditions below.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and unpeeled

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Wraps that have been peeled, applied, or used are not eligible for return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ordered the Wrong Frame Style

PaprDoll Wraps are precision-cut for specific Meta frame styles (for example, Skylar vs Wayfarer) and are not interchangeable.

If the incorrect style was selected, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

  • Item must be unused and unpeeled

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Exchange or store credit is issued once the item is received and inspected

Refunds are not provided for incorrect style selection.


Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

In these cases, PaprDoll will provide a replacement or refund at no cost, including shipping.


Exchanges & Store Credit

Because of the nature of our product, exchanges are offered as the primary solution, followed by store credit when preferred.

Once your return is approved and received, you may:

  • Receive a replacement item, or

  • Receive store credit toward a new order


Refunds

Refunds are issued only for eligible, unused, unpeeled items returned in original condition and only in cases where PaprDoll shipped an incorrect or defective item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing time may vary by bank).

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact hello@paprdoll.com.


Final Sale Items

Sale items, promotional items, limited releases, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused, unpeeled, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
